We are currently looking for independent agents that want to be a part of a family business that rewards hard work and achievement. We are entrepreneurs and we are looking for other entrepreneurs to join our team. We have a fairly unique commission structure that we believe will take the cap off of what individuals can do. Our business model is one that rewards individual achievement and will reward the office as a whole through a corporate reinvestment plan.
Candidates we are looking for should have, but not limited to the following qualities:
1) Self-motivated - if we have to beg you to go out and realize your dreams, it will not be a good fit.
2) Entrepreneurial in nature - we want you to run your office as your own business by growing it with additional sales force, office staff, etc. We will help you do that by reinvesting a portion of our revenues. We want you to develop additional vendors to increase our supply side as well as the demand side. We want to try new and exciting ways to succeed in business and we need your help.
3) Experienced - we are looking for someone that has experience in the industry and has a current book of business to help ensure immediate success as we grow together.
4) Vision - we want people that have an elevated vision. What we mean by that...expect success! Have confidence and know that you will be successful and have the desire to go to any length to realize your dreams. Everyone wants a better life, but very few of us are willing to put in the time it will take.
5) Loyalty - We want our candidates to be loyal to Charter. We have plenty of experience with people in this industry that are not honest about their intentions. It is important to us that as we invest out time and resources into helping someone be successful, they want to be here with us for the long term.
